CONVEYOR & COMPACTION SYSTEMS

S.A.M.E. WATER has design and manufacture capabilities for Spiral, Belt and Hydro Conveyors that are used to move waste material to different areas on a waste water plant as efficiently as possible.

From the Head of Works equipment to sludge handling, waste compaction and or containerization and then for final processing. This equipment can also be used in most Industrial applications.

CENTRELESS SPIRAL CONVEYOR

The centreless spiral convey system, which may consist of individual conveyors or complete conveying systems, is completely enclosed with inspection covers to ensure clean, odourless transportation of materials without spillage. It also permits the collection of foul air to an external ventilation system if required

The Centreless Spiral Conveyor is a heavy duty material handling device which provides an ideal method for transporting sticky, wet and irregular arch-forming materials such as screening waste, sludge, powder chemicals, mining, farming, food and industrial products.

HYDRO CONVEYOR & COMPACTOR WASHERS

The hydro conveyor moves screening waste by means of water in a U-trough to the compactor washer where organics and screening waste are washed and separated, the waste water is returned to the screening channel and the solid waste is pushed through the compaction system with a heavy duty screw towards the compaction zone and out the discharge tube. The screening waste is washed by high pressure spray bar system or wash chamber mounted onto a screw compactor.

The Compactor Screw Press body is manufactured in a tube form to accommodate the reducing pitched screw. The Compactor body is rolled, form pre-pressed, drilled and cut with specially designed perforated plate to specific diameters and clearances.

BELT CONVEYOR

S.A.M.E. WATER Belt Conveyors are produced for specific conditions and are designed to suit our clients specifications. Generally, a toughened belt runs on non-corrosive toughened idlers.
